Seussical JR.
Seussical JR. is a fantastical musical adventure that brings to life the beloved characters of Dr. Seuss—from Horton the Elephant and the Cat in the Hat to Gertrude McFuzz, Mayzie La Bird, and the imaginative JoJo. With toe-tapping music, heartfelt themes of friendship and courage, and a whimsical story that speaks to all ages, Seussical JR. is a perfect opportunity for young performers to shine on stage.
Tread the Boards Theatre invites children ages 5–18 to audition on August 16 and 17 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Studio 8 Fitness (4761 Highland Rd, Waterford, MI 48328). During auditions, participants will sing a prepared song from a musical or animated movie, learn a simple choreography routine, and take part in group readings from the script.
